高清波先生， 1955年生，是高金泉先生與高林寶鳳女士的長子，有一位姊姊和三位弟弟。小學就讀新竹三民國小，國中就讀培英國中，高中畢業就讀新竹高工鈑金科，因為考慮家境，所以沒有升學，高工畢業，畢業典禮當天下午就開始上班。前後在新竹車體、東方窯業、優美家具、三于工業社及園區全友電腦公司，清波由傳統的製造業進入新興的高科技領域，在全友清波表現優異，是全公司極少數未具大學學歷的工程師，他靠的是實力。

This is a very very sad news. I am terribly sorry to hear about this.

Definitely i remember the day i spent in Hsinchu with Brother Kao and other activists. Brother Kao's commitment to environment protection and his experience deeply inspired me, and he was so sincere to share all the possibilities and difficulties in carrying out activities as Greenpeace in Taiwan. I strongly believe he represents the spirit of Taiwan's environmentalists and Taiwan people.
